Q:  What happens after I send in my Job Application?

A:  If you meet the critira for hire, you will be called by a Human Resource Representative who will conduct a phone interview with you.  


Q: After my phone interview I was given an office interview date.  What do I need to bring to my office interview?

A: You will need to bring the following:

  • Social Security Card

  • Drivers License

  • Auto Insurance

  • CPR Card, if applicable

  • If applicable; most recent 12 CEU's including

    • HIV/Aides CEU

    • Self Administered Medications

    • Alzheimers/Dementia

    • Elder Abuse/Neglect

  • License or Certificate for your discipline

  • A Physicians Statement of Health - <6 months


Q:  What happens after the office interview?

A:  At this time you are in a pending status.  All of your information will be reviewed and processed.  When you have everything complete you will receive a phone call from a Human Resource Representative acknowledging you are hired and moved to active status.
